Reservations for accessible service to and from the airport must be booked in advance by calling SuperShuttle at the number listed on your voucher(s). When you call, please indicate to the reservation agent that you have a pre-paid voucher.
Transfers are complimentary for children age 3 and younger. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.
|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo IDs with you; for each activity, you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact SuperShuttle at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is provided on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact SuperShuttle to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: After you claim your luggage at San Diego International Airport, take the sky bridge or cross walk over to the ground-transportation islands. Look for the island with a blue sign overhead that reads "Shuttles for Hire." Contact the airport customer-service representative. Request Cloud9/SuperShuttle and give your destination location. The representative will call a van for you. Present your voucher(s) and photo ID in exchange for service.
Hotel to airport: You must call SuperShuttle at least 24 hours prior to your departure to schedule a pick-up time and confirm your hotel and flight information.
