| Redemption instructions |

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo ID with you; you must redeem one voucher per vehicle.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact ExecuCar at its toll-free number at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact ExecuCar to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, in the baggage claim area, with a sign displaying your name.
Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver, please contact ExecuCar (using the local number printed on voucher). |

Rate is per vehicle and valid for private transfers between San Francisco Airport and your San Francisco hotel only. Each car accommodates up to 4 passengers. If the amount of luggage should exceed the vehicle capacity (cars can accommodate up to 3 large bags and 3 small carry-on items when traveling with 4 passengers), you may be put in an exclusive SuperShuttle van, and additional fees may apply. Infant seats are the traveler's responsibility.
Cancellations and Changes:
One-way airport to hotel transfer:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your departure date of the originating flight.
One-way hotel to airport transfer:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date. |
