Redemption instructions

After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Note: It is your responsibility to inform Club Caribe if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that Club Caribe can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.

Exchange your voucher for transfer:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please wait 48 hours after booking before calling Club Caribe to confirm your reservation. Please contact Club Caribe at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your arrival to confirm your hotel and flight information. Please wait outside the lobby of your hotel at the scheduled pick-up time. Present your voucher(s) upon request.
Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
