Upon arrival at the airport, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Your driver waits in the Arrivals area (International Arrivals Exit) with a sign displaying your name.

Note:
Listed rate per minivan is valid for up to 6 passengers. Listed rate per minibus is valid for up to 20 passengers. Transportation is via Buick GL8 business vans or Toyota Coaster minibuses. Gratuity is not included in the price and is at your discretion.
Transportation of standard-size baggage is included. Please inform MyWay Beijing if you have oversize or very heavy luggage, so that the service provider can make any necessary arrangements accordingly (see Redemption instructions for details).

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per vehicle.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform MyWay Beijing if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
Listed rate per minivan is valid for up to 6 passengers. Listed rate per minibus is valid for up to 20 passengers.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please call MyWay Beijing (number printed on the voucher) at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival to confirm pick-up location and time. Please inform MyWay Beijing if you have oversize or very heavy luggage, so that the service provider can make any necessary arrangements accordingly.
Upon arrival at the airport, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Your driver waits in the Arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up.

| Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
