This transfer service can accommodate from 13 passengers per trip/per booking. Passengers requiring transfers between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM or requiring transfers to hotels located outside of the city will incur a surcharge, payable at the time of service.

Pricing is per traveler and depends upon the total number of travelers in your party; please choose the correct ticket type accordingly.
|After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pickup. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
How to redeem your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. You must call or email Singapore Alive Pte Ltd at least 48 hours prior to your departure to confirm your flight number and departure details; the customer service contact information appears on your printed voucher(s). For transfer from hotel to airport: On the day of departure, a Singapore Alive driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby; present your printed voucher(s) in exchange for service. Please plan to be at the airport at least 3 hours before your departure.

The service provider reserves the right to refuse a booking should the wrong ticket type be selected. Passengers requiring transfers between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM or requiring transfers to hotels located outside of the city will incur a surcharge, payable at the time of service.|
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
