Board your seaplane at Rose Bay for stunning vistas from Sydney Harbour to the sandstone cliffs at Hornsby Plateau to the surfers at world-famous Bondi Beach. Heading back to Sydney, the pilot climbs to 1,000 feet for a truly fantastic look at the city and its magnificent Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

After the flight, you’re treated to a short trip by water taxi to Doyle’s Restaurant at Watson's Bay Wharf. Doyle’s is a Sydney institution, family owned and operated for five generations. Beautifully situated, it overlooks the panorama of Sydney Harbour and offers a choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Your wonderful three-course Doyle’s lunch includes garlic bread and tea or coffee.

If you wish to stretch your legs after lunch, you’re in luck! Watson’s Bay Wharf is a scenic walk from Hornby Lighthouse. On the way, you’ll pass Sydney Harbour National Park, clothing-optional Lady Jane Beach, and Camp Cove, where the First Fleet landed in Sydney Harbour.

When you're ready to depart, board the Sydney Ferry to return to Circular Quay.
