Departure time and location:
All tours depart from Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls, and Lewiston, NY. Please call the customer-service number on your voucher to arrange your departure time.
Participant restrictions:
All participants must be older than 6, taller than 44" (1.12 m), in good health, and not subject to heart, neck, or back injuries; pregnant women are not permitted on this tour. A signed release is required by all participants.
Note:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours at least 24 hours prior to the date you wish to participate. Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure to allow time for registration, a pre-tip briefing, and orientation. Bring a complete change of clothes as you will get soaked; changing rooms are available on-site. Prices includes service charge. All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours at least 24 hours prior to the date you wish to participate to schedule a tour date and time; the customer service phone number will appear on your printed voucher(s). Present your voucher(s) and a photo identification to the staff member on duty. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time and location:
