Hotel pick-up location:
Meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel.
Departure time:
Pick-ups from hotels will be made 3–4 hours before your flight departure time depending on the distance of your hotel from the airport. See redemption instructions.
Note:
Your party will either be accommodated by a private car (1-2 pax.) or minivan (3-6 pax.). A surcharge of approx. US $10 will be charged for transfers before 6:40 AM and after 11 PM, payable upon pick-up.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Golden Foundation Tours at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to confirm your flight number, departure time, and hotel location. Present your voucher(s) and picture ID to driver upon pick-up. |

| Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 3 days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
