Note:
Tofino is approximately 177 miles (286 kilometres) from Vancouver. Ucluelet is approximately 162 miles (261 kilometres) from Vancouver.
Departures from Ucluelet are via Zodiac Vessels (open boats). Zodiac vessels are not recommended for seniors, pregnant women, children under 6 years of age or 42" in height, people with back or neck problems, incontinence or osteoporosis.

| Redemption instructions |

After booking your activity, simply follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required: you must contact the service provider within 24 hours of booking online to confirm your booking and arrange your departure time.
On the scheduled day of your activity please bring your photo ID and printed voucher(s) to your selected departure location.

The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
