Hours of operation:
Summer Season (May–October):
  • May and October, daily: 9 AM–6 PM (last full tour leaves Yonge Street at 4 PM)
  • June, July, August, and September, daily: 9 AM–7 PM (last full tour leaves Yonge Street at 5 PM)
    Winter Season (November–April):
  • Daily 9 AM–5 PM(last full tour leaves Yonge Street at 3 PM)

    Departure location:
    Summer Season: Tours depart Yonge-Dundas Square every 30 minutes from 9 AM to 5 PM
    Winter Season: Tours depart Yonge-Dundas Square every hour on the hour from 9 AM to 3 PM

    The Toronto Information booth is located at Yonge-Dundas Square across the street from the Hard Rock Café on Yonge Street.

    Union Station:     The Great Hall inside Union Station
    Queens Quay Terminal: York St. & Queens Quay on the east side of the Queens Quay Terminal Building
    St. Lawrence Market: Red British telephone booth at the front doors of the St. Lawrence Market Complex

    Note:
    Times subject to change without notice. A heated trolley or coach bus is used for the winter tour. Complimentary pickup is only available from downtown Toronto hotels. If you are not staying downtown, you may pick up the Double Decker bus across the street from The Hard Rock Café on Yonge Street. Children under 4 ride free with an adult.

    • Redemption instructions
    After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
    3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

    Exchange your voucher for activity:
    Please contact ShopDineTour Toronto at least 24 hours prior to the date you wish to start your pass. The phone number will appear on your printed voucher(s). If you are staying in a downtown Toronto hotel, you may request pick-up. Please present your voucher(s) to the driver upon pick-up. If you are not staying in a hotel along the downtown pick-up route, you may meet the Double Decker bus at the Toronto Information booth, located across the street from the Hard Rock Café; the address will appear on your voucher(s). Present your voucher(s) and photo identification at the booth. You will be issued tickets for the tour at this time. Hours of Operation: May and October: Daily, 9 AM–6 PM; June, July, August, and September: Daily, 9 AM–7 PM; November–April: Daily, 9 AM–5 PM.

    Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
