Please note: each City Passport offers savings for a family of up to 3 people (1 adult and 2 children). Your City Passport is valid for at least 6 months, and provides discounts for singles, couples, and families.

You only need to present one voucher per family at the redemption location to receive your Vancouver Adventure Passports.
Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you.

How to redeem voucher(s): Please present your voucher(s) at one of the two VancouverInternational Currency Exchange Desks: Desk #1 is just outside of Canadian Customs for U.S. and International arrivals (daily, 7 AM-11 PM). Desk #2 is located in the general greeting area, just past the Elephant and Castle restaurant (daily, 7:30 AM-11 PM). You may also present your voucher at theVancouver Lookout!; address and customer-service phone number will appear on your printed voucher(s). You will be given your City Passport at this time. In Victoria, pick your pass up at theInternational Currency Exchange at Victoria International Airport (daily, 9 AM–5 PM). If you plan to take a city tour or day trip, participate in an eco-adventure tour, or eat at one of the participating restaurants, advanced reservations may be required.All participating offers are subject to change without notice.Each City Passport offers savings for 1 adult and 2 children. Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
