Departure time and location:
Seven departures daily available from 6 AM-9 PM; from the Victoria Depot (hourly departures are available during peak travelling seasons and throughout the summer)
Hotel drop-off times:
Complimentary hotel drop-off at select downtown Vancouver hotels is available according to the following schedule (see redemption instructions):
Daily at 5:45 PM (year-round), with additional drop-offs May-Sep. at 3:45 PM and 4:45 PM
Note:
Children younger than age 5 may ride for free.

After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for transfer:
Reservation confirmation is not required for bus terminal pick-up. On the day you wish to board the shuttle, please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver in exchange for service. Reservations are required if you would like complimentary drop-off service in Vancouver; please contact the number on your voucher for details as well as up-to-date departure times and schedules. Contact information is provided on your printed voucher for up-to-date depature times and schedules. |

| Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
