The splendor of Schoenbrunn Palace provides an ideal venue for enjoying the very best of Viennese classical music. Once the summer residence of Austrian Emperors, the palace was the scene of a historic classical music play-off: Wolfgang Mozart conducted the premiere of The Impresario while rival Antonio Salieri's works were being performed at the opposite end of the hall.
Today, you can still enjoy Mozart's operas, arias, and symphonies at Schoenbrunn Palace, together with waltz and polka masterpieces composed by Johan Strauss. These are interpreted by the Palace's resident orchestra, opera singers, and ballet dancers in either the Orangery, the Great Gallery, or in the White Gold Room.
Choose between 3 levels of seating: Category A seats are at the front of the hall; Category B seats are in the middle; and Category C seats are at the back.
