At the new Visitor Center, you can watch a 22-minute introductory film—narrated by Morgan Freeman—and check out the cyclorama for a unique experience that features a 360-degree painting of the battle's third day—narrated by Marcia Gay Harden. The Visitor Center also offers a comprehensive museum that explores the time leading up to the battle of Gettysburg, the battle itself, and the long-lasting effects on the town after the Civil War ended.
The trip concludes with a comprehensive, 2-hour tour of the Gettysburg battlefield. Led by award-winning guides, the tour covers every breathtaking moment of the historic battle.

The Gray Line ticket window is located on the bus level of the parking garage at Union Station (NOT in the main lobby where there are 3 Gray Line stands; these are for Big Bus Tours only). To get to the bus level, go to the center rear of Union Station. Take the escalator up, then go out the doors leading to the parking garage. Just outside the doors is another escalator; take that escalator up. The Gray Line ticket window is located at the top on the left, inside the Greyhound building.
