- Shared one-way or roundtrip transfer between Whistler and Vancouver International Airport

From the lobby of your Whistler hotel or condo

|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo IDs with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Pacific Coach Lines at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is provided on your printed voucher. If you change your itinerary you must immediately contact Pacific Coast Lines to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Contact Pacific Coach Lines prior to arrival to determine your pick-up location.
Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your outside the entrance of your hotel.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver/guide/greeter, please contact Pacific Coach Lines (number printed on voucher).

|Rate is per person and valid for shared transfers between Gateway Loop in Whistler and your Vancouver hotel only. If your hotel falls outside the listed zone(s), you may need to pay an additional charge directly to the driver at the time of service.|
Cancellations and Changes:One-way or roundtrip transfer:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your departure date of the originating flight. Roundtrip transfer services cannot be changed or cancelled after the arrival transfer is provided.
