Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
If you purchased ground transportation, you will receive an invitation to meet with an Intermerida Travel representative upon your arrival in the airport. During that meeting you will exchange your voucher(s) for coupons, as well as reconfirm your reservation; please present one voucher per person along with valid photo ID in exchange for your tour coupons. If you did not purchase transportation, please call the main office to schedule a meeting with a tour representative to exchange your voucher(s); the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s).
