Not Ready for Prime Time
This was meant to be a little getaway weekend. Well, it was little anyway. Arrived after dark to find not a single light in the room worked. Turns out every bulb was burned out. Had to spend the first 40 minutes after arrival first calling & then getting service for this problem. No apology, no offer to compensate for this in any way. Once the lights came on, it was clear that the kitchenette sink was stained & dirty. Our "NY Skyline view was mostly of air conditioner units on the adjoining roof. Staff were inattentive at best. If you want a paper other than USA Today, prepare for a hike outside the hotel. Be careful of staff directions to the nearest deli; they seem to have a novel idea of "around the corner." My advice, find someplace else altogether.

Great place to stay except that they now charge for parking.
Great place but they now charge for parking--- new this year for this place. One of the reasons we stay there every year is for the free parking in the NYC area. May switch to the NYC Travel Inn if they don’t drop the parking fees

Great location and value
The hotel is comfortable. Our days were filled and we really just slept there.
