Had the Best Birthday Ever
Nice Staff. Good food. Great location. Wonderful resort! Take the bus its only 1 us dollar or 13 pesos. (Helpful Hint)...If locals try to sell you trips or resort visits, just tell them you are leaving the next day. Cant wait to go back.

Best staff Great Hotel
This was our third stay at thr Riu Cancun and we are already planning our return. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. The Hotel is kept spotless,the staff is constantly cleaning. The entertainment staff is wonderful, lots of fun. We ate at Kuwachi twice, great japanese food and Fausto was amazing . We felt like family,staff remembered our names and what we liked to drink and eat. The hotel is in the center of the hotel zone and everything is within walking distance. The beach is beautiful,smooth sand and lots of grat views.

Great stay!
Loved it and we have stayed at a few Riu properties. This is the best one yet. Rooms were clean and updated. The service was amazing and everytime I turned around there was a waiter asking if I need anything. The pools were clean and the beach was perfect. No issues at all. The food was better than other Riu’s.
