It was only OK
The hotel is a cheap option for Hong Kong although a very basic one. The rooms are only small with no view and the location, whereby it is close by to Causeway Bay it is over a few major roads before you hit the crazyness that is Hong Kong. The food in the restaurant is great but expensive. I must mention the breakfast as we were very satisfied with it although they might look into getting a new toaster!!

Pleasantly Surprised
Staff helpful and eager to please. Clean and comfortable, except mattresses too firm for my back. There is a subterranean pedestrian walkway near the hotel entrance, with an irksome top step that requires one to step UP before going DOWN the stairs; be careful or you might trip! Location is great for trips on foot to nearby shopping areas and local color.

Left lots of things to desire...
Comes short on a number of points. The view you will enjoy will be of a cemetary right on the back of the hotel. High fee for internet in the room, poor TV channel selection, no one helps with luggage and elevators barely fit the luggage. Small rooms, some of which have pervasive odor of things you dont want to be smelling. Sink clogged in one of the rooms, maintentance did not fix. Had to change room twice. Finally, its really on an off beat path. Not an expensive hotel, so didnt have high expectations, but still, would not consider staying there again.
