Awesome vacation
The place was great. Coconut Bay resort in ST. Lucia. We were told that they were only at 40% capacity because it was the off season (October) This was great for us. No waiting, excellent service. The buffets were excellent, the bar tenders were excellent, the ammenities were excellent. 4 or 5 pools, lazy river tubing, pool bars, great gym, great nightly live music. All excursions were pick ups right at the hotel except for the land and sea which we cancelled and went on almost the exact same thing by another name. I understand we got lucky because it was the rainy season, but we only had one day and 1 hour on another day of rain. Zip line, horse back ride were great too.
The vegetation is spectacular and much of it undeveloped and unspoiled. The scuba wasn’t as good as Cayman. Atlantic side (Coconut Bay Resort) had great breeze all the time but water wasn’t as clear as Carribean side. Churned up wit sea weed.

Great resort!
My stay at the Coconut Bay was fantastic. I spent 5 nights and 6 days, which flew by. There are so many activities at the resort, it seems like the fun never ends. Both the italian and asian resaurants were great, the staff were helpful and plesant. The pool activities were fun and the water park great for kids of all ages. It was a great trip and I recommend this resort to families as well as couples wanting a private, romantic get away. Visit St Lucia, it is a beautiful island paradise!

Excellent service and very nice people. Had a great time with exercise and entertainment. Food was very good. Special restaurants could get more authentic (italian/chinese). Can recommend the hotel.
