Would go back in a heartbeat
We (two couples) stayed at Butterfly Beach Hotel the first week of November 2009 and had a great time. The hotel is comfortable and offers a good value. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, the food at the restaurant is very good and the beach and water there are just excellent. They have happy hour daily and meal specials. We especially enjoyed their breakfasts and just being able to eat and sit and watch the sea. The beach has perfectly white, fine, sand and the clear, turquoise water is as warm as a bath. We had a rental car for three days and used the inexpensive small white buses otherwise to get around. The local people of Barbados are so very friendly and helpful you always feel safe and secure. We returned to Barbados because of the people and food and the beach and water, and are ready to go again.

hotel a bite quite for me and not close to shops or resturants
clean, large room, A/C,no electic in bathroom take extendtioin cord for dryers, frig..stove..sink..pots & pans and dishes. food is not cheap and not much variety. NICE STAFF
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t takes cabs. They will rip you off in price. I believe they over chsrge by 30-50%. Take the vans for only 75 cents per trip poer peron in american money
