COULDN’T WAIT TO LEAVE!
I was supposed to have some things set up in my room upon my arrival. I called and confirmed the time and date and when I got there, nothing was set up. An employee actually argued with me about the "instructions he was given" about the set-up! The Whisky Blue Bar staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. The drinks were severely overpriced and when I took back my drink for not being made the same as the first one, the bartender poured half the glass out and added more juice! The next night we went back hoping there was different staff, which there was, and I left $1 for a tip for 1 drink and the bartender said "thanks for the DOLLAR!"....the mojito was $12 and was in a very small glass. I thought $1 for the rude service was more than enough! That roof top bar has some SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. The valet people were very RUDE, making me verify everything but my social security number to get my car. The room HAS NO PRIVACY. The toilet and shower are only seperated from the rest of the room by a semi-see-through sliding door that was damaged. The boarding pass they were supposed to have ready upon my departure was not ready and the person at the desk was not very helpful. I was completely DISGUSTED with this hotel. It is in a great location and very modern but I’ve stayed at other "W" hotels, and this is BY FAR THE WORST! I COULDN’T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE!
