Great if you just want a nice place to sleep.
Hotel was very small, but so are all hotels in Hong Kong. Several rooms inspected had a slight odor, but nothing deal breaking. The "Free Wi-Fi" in the Lobby and 5th floor Breeze lounge was actually just one hour per stay and didn’t work all the time on the 5th floor. Good location and friendly staff though and room was clean with good service.

Great affordable place to stay
I have seen bad reviews of the Cosmo. I suppose that these people want a five star hotel on a three star budget. The Cosmo offered everything I needed for a short stay - great room, very nice staff, great price, and excellent location. The only one knock on the hotel (if I could find one) is the wireless internet situation. I would have liked to access it in my room for free - communicating via skype with a crowded lobby was a challenge. At the end of my stay, I started to enjoy the lobby and 6th floor free internet areas. I would recommend the Cosmo to anyone!
