For the price is Ok! but I would not recommend it.
I think there are better hotels for the price you pay; when I got there the freezer was extremely dirty and not connected; also the vault was not working and I had to wait for security to reset it; Also, you have to pay to have the freezer connected. There is no outside phone only on the lobby, and the food I consider expensive for the people who are tourists and travel to Mexico. There are other places around where you can get better deals; nevertheless, the hotel staff is very courteous.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Please be very awared that when you visit Acapulco for the first time; do not get distracted stopping at the Airport and start buying excursions; since you will miss your transportation; I missed the Expedia taxi since they convinced me they were the transportation. Do not buy anything that you dont need. Go downtown or in your hotel and check the weather first. Do not stop since it is not worthy.

Great View
Overall this was a nice hotel for the time we spent in the room (could be updated). The view we had of the ocean was amazing, I recommend paying the little extra to get the ocean view.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Cliff Divers - We were excited to go see the famed cliff divers, but personally I was disappointed. They were not in a good part of town and it was not all that exciting.
