Don’t do it!!!
Horrible service, rude people that won’t help you at all. The room was extremely hot and smelled horribly. In the conference room where my training seminar was, the cold air was stuck on and we were all freezing. I tried several times to talk to the staff and was only told so sorry ma’am but nothing was done. NEVER EVER would I recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!

Convenient
We stayed here for a wedding, all guests were at the hotel. It was convenient and clean. The shuttle drivers were awesome, took us to all the events. However, room didn’t get cleaned until late afternoon and staff not overly friendly. Put card out for breakfast and wasn’t picked up, called down and they rushed breakfast, but watch out, they attach a service fee plus a 20% tip onto the bill. For the price, think one could definitely do better.

Disappointed
We took our grandchildren on a short vacation and also met friends. The pool was a real disappointment. We only used it twice. The first time, a large group of soccer players took over 2/3 of the pool. The second time, it was empty, but there were no towels. Because the room was so cold, I called the front desk. A space heater was promised, but not delivered. The parking was a nightmare. Twice we paid additional fees for parking because of a lost receipt.
