Great Place - Great Location
Beautiful location in the city. Walking distance about (10-15) minutes to the convention center. Also about the same walk to Quincy Market if you want to grab a bite to eat. Facitlity was in great shape. Clean rooms in immaculate condition. Parking a vehicle at the hotel seemed on the higher side.

"First class all the way"
Very luxurious place to stay, Great resturants onsite. Rooms are beautiful. Beds are dreamy. The decor is stunning the view is very nice. This place is first class and 2nd to none. They allow really late check outs and the room service is really good. I would stay here before staying any place else I have stayed at Bellagio in vegas and its comparible, they are very close but I still say InterContinental is a better place to stay.

Non responsive staff.
First impression was wonderful, allowed us to use spa facility after a long day of travel. A real treat! When the room was ready we found ourselves listening to and facing the activities of a construction zone... We paid additional $$ for a room away from the noise, not an upgrade, just away from the construction. New room had water that smelled of sewage, telephones did not work, many of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. I visited the front desk 3 times in our 3 night stay. Each time I was assured immediate maintenance assistance. Maintenance never arrived, and management made no effort. We brushed our teath with bottled water and we showered in our friends room adjacent to us (water in their room was fine). We were told no other rooms were available as the hotel was booked. Unless you wanted to pay even more $$ and then there were additional rooms available. We would return to the Intercontinental had even a single employee showed a touch of sincere concern. Loved Boston. Loved the history. Definitely return to explore more of the town, history, & dining!
