Good buy, but be careful.
Good price, good location, clean and pleasant. My minimum price room was very small, but fine for my purposes (you wouldn’t want to spend much non-sleeping time in it). My one complaint is that the bed seemed to have only a box spring - no mattress. I slept reasonably well, but this seemed unnecessary. Check before making a reservation.

very small rooms, very old style, the water is even cold (maybe warm but between cold and warm).

good location, microscopic room
This hotel had a very european feel. I almost laughed when I walked in and saw the size of the room. No closet, full bed, and not a whole lot else. Its was very clean and fine for a one night stay. It was very convenient to many points of interest and was easily in walking distance of Boston Common/freedom trail. If you’re not in for an extended period, this is good for the money.
