Disappointed
Although the location was good with surrounding resturaunts. I was very disappointed in the quality of the rooms. The first room we checked into was moldy and smelled horrible when we went back to complain about our accomodations they apologized and said they were sorry that they knew there was some water damage in the building and upgraded our room ( and it wasn’t much of an upgrade) ..Huh..Why on earth would they ever fill these rooms knowing that there was water damage..Maybe if we booked during the height of vacation season and this was all they had left explaining to them the situation but this was the first week in Nov. and the place was maybe 1/4 full.. I’ve stayed at Wyndam Hotels before and was very satisfied of the quality of rooms, this was a complete shocker! The pictures you see in the virtual tour are not the rooms that were offered to us. I will never stay there again

No housekeeping, No king bed
The Wyndham is an older property off International Drive. It is comprised of 8-9 low lying motel style buildings clustered around a nice pool area. The property itself is in good condition but the service really needs a lot of work. First of all, don’t bother trying to reserve a room type. We were explicitly told that they "don’t pay attention to that" and that rooms are given out in the order people show up. So, when we got in late, there were apparently no king beds available even though more than half of the resort was empty. I had a printed confirmation in hand that specified a king non-smoking room. Given how empty the place was, I can only assume they had some buildings shut down so they wouldn’t have to send housekeepers to them. You’d think that that would give the housekeepers plenty of time to get to our room, right? Nope. We got no housekeeping and no fresh towels. There are other better choices in the Orlando area. I won’t be going back.

" Overall good place to stay"
My family and I have stayed at this hotel before and pretty much enjoyed our stay. However, during our last stay we had a few problems ie, my son and his friends room had a shower that didn’t work. Our sink was stopped up and the tub liner was coming apart causing lots of water to run onto the floor. Other then that, the place was very affordable and clean. Would I stay again? Definately.
