Excellent, reception staff really, really nice and helpful.
We stayed at this hotel before, twice. We picked this one because it is close to one of the nicest malls and we did not want to be in the noisy touristic, party area, as we have a 11months old baby. The receptionist(one young guy) was really nice when we said we need a crib and also late check out. He sent the crib straight away. And they did not charge us extra, even though we left at 4pm. And also they upgraded us to a room with balcony free of charge. Very clean, good value for money. The breakfast was not that great and the lady at the breakfast room reception was a bit moody(both mornings of our stay). Apart from that, everybody had a smile, which you rarely find in hotels unless u pay over the odds. Overall, *****, although is a 3star hotel, I think. Good value for money, will stay there again if when we go to Miami again. Keep it up!
Its quite interesting to go and see South Beach if you want some fun and sit and watch the world go by.

Disappointed with hidden fees!
Nowhere in the hotel info was the Valet parking fee per night mentioned. I specifically looked for parking fees as we knew wed be using our vehicle. The total cost to park, including tips, would have been a factor in our decision as to where to stay had we known before hand. We knew about the resort fee, but the beach towels could only be described as "thread-bare." The hotel does not make it well known that gratuities are included in credit card charges at the restaurant and lounge.

A motel 8 is better
This hotel had to be beautiful in 1970.. The doors do not close .. Locks are falling from the door. I had to pay extra for parking and the internet is included with a extra fee a night.. If you add up you can stay in a better hotel.
