Loved the hotel and location!!!
The area is lovely. The hotel was updated and immaculate. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. It began pouring rain, and one of the valet staff noticed I had to get to my car in the parking lot, but had no umbrella, so he offered me one. The location was perfect. It had a fully equipped gym. A variety of restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance!!! I would stay there again, and again, just for the fun of it!!!

Good hotel
I arrived late to the hotel and needed some food but the bar/restaurant was closed but was provided with good directions to a place nearby. Downside-while getting the ironing board out a roach jumped out to greet me. These things happen - overall nice place.

Great place to stay for a long weekend!
This was our second stay at this hotel. The location is great because you are within minutes of SouthPark Mall. And you’re about 20 minutes from the new Ikea Furniture Outlet store in North Charlotte. What can I say other than to tell you that when we return to Charlotte in the future, we’ll stay at the Marriott SouthPark -- providing they continue to have these special weekend rates. Highly recommended! -tom
