A vacation to remember
It was a beautiful hotel. We had been there 10 years ago. I remember the rooms being alot better than what we had this time. I know they did a renovation not too long ago and therefore I thought the rooms would be superb. The bathrooms looked very worn. The grout along the sink faucet was disgusting. There were these tiny ants all over the sink. Also the beach has erroded a ton. There is minimal beach. But other than that it was wonderful. Beautiful pool. Wonderful buffet breakfast with many different selections each day. It had an excellent workout facility. Although it was very far away from the rooms.

What I expected for the money
Hawaii is expensive and this place is no different. Nice facilities.

beautiful hotel
The hotel was gorgous, service was good, but drinks were on the expensive side. Actually, all the food was on the expensive side, so try to get the breakfast buffet included (at almost $30 per person it was not something I’d buy but it was included in our travel deal). Don’t pay extra for a partial ocean view, not worth it, just get a room higher than 1st floor and the view will be lush and green. I want to thank Expedia for all their help booking the trip and activities on the isle of Maui. They did an exceptional job with all of it.
