for low bugget travelers
the location is good, you can walk every tourist destination, the area is not good I felt kind of scary getting outside the hotel, nothing really serious just homeless and maybe other kind of weird people, staff were friendly , its best pro is the location
there is a convenience store next door, you can get snack or even food and take it to your room, prices in seattle are decent

Good Location and Great Value
my husband and I really enjoy the neighborhood of Belltown and were excited when we found this hotel that was so affordable. The front desk staff was very friendly and they easily accommodated our need for temporary parking in an inexpensive lot across the street. Although the rooms are not huge, they are clean and very nicely maintained. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Seattle.

For the price, why not...
While the hotel was just fine for the price once inside, there is no parking and it’s in a bit of a shady neighborhood. It is in a great location geographically, but it’s next door to a homeless shelter in a part of town that is in the process of being gentrified. All that considered, if I were looking for a cheap place to stay again, I would probably stay here. It’s walking distance to pretty much everything, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms are just fine.
