Nice and clean
The hotel was great. If you travel by car it’s in a wonderful location. If you intend to use the L train, plan on negotiating a walk that has not been designed for pedestrians.It’s close to the train, but a sidewalk would help tremendously.

Good value for airport vicinity, hospitable staff
Desired a location close to airport for weekend football getaway in order to split distance between Evanston (NU) & downtown Chicago (Bears) using public transportation. Hotel met needs just fine. Staff was very accommodating & courteous. Frequent, free 24-hour 5-10 min shuttle service to & from airport was added benefit especially in order to ride PACE bus to & from Evanston. CTA train to downtown only a block away from airport. Hotel itself is nothing fancy, but was clean and a good value for the money. Is on the runway flight path though so can be a little noisy. Wasn’t there to spend time at the hotel anyway. Would definitely stay there again.
Unless your fearful of using public transportation, take the CTA trains & buses and/or suburban PACE buses. Gets you just about anywhere you’d want to go CHEAPLY without the driving hassle & expense. Can’t beat it. Research the routes online, get the maps and times, and buy the CTA 1, 3, or 7 day passes depending on your length of stay.

Excatly what I expected. Thats good.
Close to the Airport with an on time shuttle service. Just off the highway so I could reach the conference center with little effort (traffic aside) and within a few minutes of a large mall (by car). The hotel is recently renovated so looks nice and is quite comfortable.
