Very difficult to get off the freeway there
This hotel is at the intersection of a huge maze of freeway ramps. To complicate this, Dallas has a strange system of frontage roads alongside the freeways, and you have to learn how to deal with those in addition to the freeway mess. It took quite awhile to figure out how to get to the hotel. Plus the traffic was unnerving, and Im no stranger to traffic as I live in a very large city in California with lots of freeway driving every day. Texas freeways-- YUCK!

relaxing stay
First, hotel does not have airport shuttle. You either take a cab or take the super shuttle for $50.00 and $18 per passenger respectively. The hotel is located about 25 minutes from DFW. To get around the city, we asked the locals. We took the bus and train to head downtown and to other shopping centers in the city. You can rent a car but make sure it has a navigation system. Dallas is a huge city. As for the comfort of the hotel, the king bed for me, my husband and toddler was very cozy. Room was clean. bathroom a little small. Did not have room to place toiletries except behind the sink. Complimentary internet access is located in the lobby. I had no problems checking my flight or browsing the internet. Complimentary breakfast featured scrambled eggs, french toast, bagels, raisin bread, fruit, juice and coffee. If you wanted bacon, you had to purchase separately which I thought was a ridiculous concept to a complimentary breakfast. Overall stay was good.
