Very good, actually, but a few things lacking
Clean room and bathroom but a bit small--daily maid service was very good. The lounge is great with music on Saturday nights for dancing. The casino was fun but I didnt stay long in there--I wanted to sightsee as much as I could. The lobby is small but the staff is very accomodating; the parking is small but actually sufficient. The concierge didnt know street names (!!!) but the front desk staff did know street names and they helped me with a map to get to Bacardi. You may need some basic Spanish to communicate effectively with some of the garage parking staff.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Try a local Puerto Rican restuarant down the block for some authentic P.R. food--and during the day traffic is somewhat light although they drive very aggressively. Dont try to drive much during rush hours--and that goes especially for the few highways Puerto Rico has, too! Theres a Walgreens down the street a few blocks and if you can get a fridge in your room buy some food and basic supplies at Walgreens to save money.

Valued Location
I liked this hotel. It was very convenient to food establishments and places for entertainment. The only downside is that it is not "on" the beach, but it is about a two to three block walk away. However, for the price, I couldnt beat what I got. I will definitely consider this place the next time that I travel to Puerto Rico.
