Well designed , good value.
Modern styling with thoughful services and finishes. New, comfortable and clean. Only bad marks - slow TV and cheap TP.

Awesome Location!
Pleasantly surprised upon arrival as I found the location to have absolutely everything you could ever want all within easy walking distance of the hotel. Tons of restaurants, clubs, the convention center, a comedy club, movie theater, outdoor shopping mall, the beach and even carnival rides and an amusement center. My only regret was that I rented a car for this trip and I really didn’t need one for the entire six days. I would certainly stay here again.

new and upscale
I stayed at the Avia during a recent trip to Long Beach and had a good time. The location is great, the wine tasting even better. I will defnitely try to come here again.
