Acapulco’s Best

We have been to the Princess twice and both times we have loved it. The kids love the pools. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for families.

Great Hotel but Air Quality in Room Not Good

The hotel was impressive, the pools were fantastic, and the grounds were beautiful. Our room was large and comfortable. My only complaint was that the air coming out of the air conditioning duct was nasty. It smelled like milldew and we starting coughing. We turned it off. Luckily there was a nice breeze and we kept the balcony door open during the day. We closed it at night and it got a little hot, but it was bearable. Since we were only staying one night we didn’t feel like trying to get another room and moving our things since the other rooms were probably connected to the same air conditioning system. If you’re not allergic to dust and milldew, this hotel is great. The restaurant was a little expensive especially if you plan to stay more than a day or two. I loved the pools and the view, right on the beach.
