We rated 4 in confort of our room because of the bed,other hotels have nicer beds,not to mention four seasons or starwood.

This hotel is clean and beautiful. The hotel staff is so friendly and they will do anything to make your stay pleasant (including call a doctor in the midddle of the night for a sick child.) I would go back in a second, you can eat at one of several restaurants in the hotel - the food is good, but pricey.
