Nice hotel, very close to waikiki beach, worth the price!
The hotel is satisfactory. Like all 3 stars it has facilities... The area is pretty good, walking distance from waikiki beach and international market... I would recommend staying in higher levels... The breakfast was not the best though! But the cleanliness, comfortless and service was pretty good. It was worth the price really!

Loved the location
An excellent hotel for economy-minded travelers. Loved the location! The hotel is just two blocks from Waikiki Beach and very close to the International Market , necessary shopping, and the bus. A full breakfast is included. We were upgraded (at no extra cost) to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the city.

Given another opportunity to visit Honolulu, we would choose a different hotel.
My wife and I stayed at the Aqua Aloha Surf & Spa for 3 nights in January. The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from Waikiki Beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly and professional. We were unpleasantly surprised by the condition of the rooms. The rooms are small and in need of renovation. The same can be said of the bathroom. As the hotel is near Waikiki Beach, a lot of street noise (garbage trucks, car horns, and people arguing) enters the rooms, even with the windows closed. Other disappointments were that the swimming pool is small, the breakfast is only served until 8:30am, and there are no stairs from the main floor (lobby) to the rooms. Given another opportunity to visit Honolulu, we would choose a different hotel. -Disappointed with Aqua Aloha Surf & Spa
