Great Hotel in Cozumel
This was our second trip back to the Park Royal Hotel in Cozumel. Once again we had another great experience. The facilities were good and well maintained. We enjoyed the food, and strongly suggest the Italian restaurant. The only complaint would be the additional timeshare activity at the hotel. The push their timeshare options much more than they used to. It’s not so much of an issue, that it ruins your trip. You just need to let them know you aren’t interested. After you do that, they won’t push anymore. Just be firm.

Will visit again no doubt
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights for a break from january weather in PA.For the price of the stay this was a great deal. The only semi annoying thing is the sales stands that set up around the mexican and italian reservation restaraunts. But for the most part if you so no thank you they will let you alone. The same goes with the "Concierge" I put that in qoutes because they do not work FOR the hotel. It looks like they are their own company just with an office inside the hotel. So they will try to get you to rent a car, take a trip, or rent a scooter. All you really have to say is no thanks or not today, and they will let you alone. The food for the price of the stay is great. The mexican restaraunt was our favorite along with the all you can eat breakfast and lunch. We really enjoyed the fresh juices. The room has been one of the cleanest i have ever slept in and they were ALWAYS sweeping, washing, and buffing the floors in the halls, and the gardens. I will be sure to stay at this resort the next time we go back to cozumel hopefully this fall.

I’ve stayed at several hotels on Cozumel in the past and like Park Royal the best.
