Very good hotel and location
I really liked to stay at Grand Bay Miami Hotel. It’s very close to Coco Walk and it’s located in a very beautiful part of the city. The only thing I really did’n like was the price of the vallet parking and .

Not Impressed
I thought because it was expensive, it had to be a great hotel. They charged extra for everything. Room keys constantly would not work, room service brought wrong orders. I would not stay here again.

Great Choice
The hotel was a great choice for our night in Miami before driving down into the Keys. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is located in a beautiful area by the bay. A great Chart House restaurant on a marina is across the street. We were upgraded to a suite at no charge.
