Good value
Very comfortable hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Really enjoyed my experience there. Lots to do to keep busy or just relax and read on the beach. The food was just o.k. I had hoped to have had a better dining experience. The noise level was to high around the activites pool. I think the hotel should tone down the audio portion. It could be heard all over the beach area.

Food was much better than other resorts
The food, especially at the sit-down restaurants was excellent, much better than other all-inclusives we have been to. The room was comfortable and very clean, but a little noisy at times (air conditioner unit was loud). The staff was very friendy and the drinks at the bar were great. Separate pool for kids was a big plus as the place was not as overrun with kids as at some resorts. Beach was very clean and the hotel offered cruiser bikes to ride. As always, I could do without the time-share push, but would go back. Cheaper to get a cab from the airport than the transport offered on the website (saved $40)
