Great location with a great beach

The location of the hotel was awesome. literally you can walk to the mall called "la Isla"... The bus stop was conveniently close as well; overall location was great. The food was good, each night they have a theme ( mexican, oriental, italian) and so forth.

Small but nice

It was a nice hotel but very small. I was expecting more activities in the hotel .The food was great. The room was very clean. Service good. Yes I would go back again. If you are taking teenagers it would be better to go to a hotel with more pools. My teenagers got somewhat bored. The hotel store very small they need a bigger store. But overall it was very nice.

Take your Sun Block lotion

Had a great time but .....LOTS of NOISE!!

I have to tell you the over all experience of our stay was great we went for 5 days 4 nights and stayed at the Park Royal It was beautiful. We were there from September 28th to Oct 2nd which was off peak. I was however alittle upset after a night of drinking at Coco Bongo which I have to say if you even go to cancun don’t miss this club/show we had the best time there and of course drank alot be prepared for that they practically pour the drinks in your mouth. LOL Anyways we were alittle hungover the day after and decided to sleep in but we couldnt because they were fdoing maitiance in another room on the same floor sounded like they were about to come through the walls. I even called the front desk upset about the noise and they only offered to move me to the other side of the hotel. If they knew they were going to do matinence they shouldnt have put us there. Besides that the food was good and the people are so friendly we had a great time. We would go back !!!!!!

GO TO COCO BONGO !!!!! AND GO ZIP LINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
