Worst bed ever
The location of the hotel is very good but the bed is a nightmare. Usually beds at hotels are not very comfortable but this time it was awful. The worst bed I have ever slept. Well I didnt sleep at all, my back hurt the following. Also all the hotel smells like cigarrettes. Dont stay there!!!!

phone bill problems
I tried to make a call which did not go through as the number was not available. The hotel charged me 46 pesos for this call. When I checked out, the person at the desk said I had no charges. Yet $74 has shown up on my credit card statement and I have yet to find an email address of the hotel to try to resolve this with them.
Traveler's tip on dining
