Great Vacation
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunspree in Sept. 09 - I must admit I was a bit concerned about the Hotel because of a few reviews. I did not do the all inclusive because I was with my 19yr old son and knew he would want to eat EVERYWHERE..and we did...We had a garden view room - but in all honesty unless you are on the bottom floor or road side you have an oceanview basically from these rooms. Your not ocean front but still have a beatiful view of it. We spent less eating and drinking out at other locations than the all inclusive plan price would have been (pizza on site is very good!! The price is right too!). If you are traveling in a group and want to party hard it’s probably worth it to do the inclusive. Nice hotel all in all -would definately stay there again. Location is terrific!!!
Take the bus..simple to use-safe and CHEAP!!!!

"Mold Hotel with a mean staff"
I spent 6 nights at the Holiday Inn Sunspree in Aruba. I was so disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The sheets and comforters on the bed stinks. The smell was horrible. The sheets were so filthy they did not even change it from previous guests. It seems there were bed bugs crawling all over my body. The bathroom was so filthy....I would not even put a homeless person to use it. The staff was very rude, not even one smiling face. They were not very accommodating at all. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We complained on more than one occassion before we had it changed to another room of course for more money. All they speak of is money....DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.....IT IS THE MOLD HOTEL......there was mold all over in the bathroom. The staff does not even clean the bathrooms. It is very FILTHY......

Customer service?
We arrived at the hotel and had to wait over 3 hours for our rooms to be ready. We reserved a room with a king size bed, got to the room only to discover that we had two separate beds. Returned to the check-in counter to tell them about the mistake, only to be told that they had no other room available and we should check back the next day. I told them that they should have told me this before assigning me the room. The clerk had no response. At that point I was too tired and frustrated to bother to argue the point.
