Ok for the money
The room was clean. the bed was hard. because of the humidity the tile felt nasty slimy, and the bed always felt wet. we didn’t book the all inclusive and we were glad we didnt, we snuck in for breakfast one morning it all looked gross. we got a bowl of fruit loops, thinking it would be safe, and the cereal was stail and the milk was warm and expired. i would suggest staying somewhere else.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
dont book your activities through the hotel it is way more expensive. there are little shops along the hotel zone that sell them for half price. and dont take taxies, they charged us $10 to go a few blocks when we could have ridden the bus forever for 60 cents.

I would stay there again
I was really impressed with the service and the staff at this hotel. Everyone was really friendly and eager to help. The food at the buffet restaurant is good, I didn’t try the other restaurants. The All-Inclusive option is definitely worth it if you’re going to be around for meal times. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach which can’t even really be used for swimming in. However there are nice beaches nearby that can easily be accessed by the city’s convenient bus system. The pool however is nice for relaxing in. The hotel also has nightly events for guest’s entertainment such as karaoke, movie night, theater night, etc.

Visit Playa Norte in Isla Mujeres and Playa Langosta just a few minutes away from the Holiday Inn.

Nice Hotel but....
The service was excellent. However, I think expedia and /or the hotel should be more specific about the type or beach that customers will find. Unfrotunately, NOT A NICE ONE. Besides that.... very good location!!! and the service at the lobby was great!!! Congrats guys
