Comfortable in New Orleans
The hotel is very conveniently located to the French Quarter and the River Walk. The staff was very efficient and our check in was prompt and easy. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the elevators were quick. Being on the 33rd floor, that was important. The concierge was very helpful and suggested the restaurant across the street, The Palace Cafe, which was a fabulous experience also.

Lovely but noisy
This hotel is lovely and the staff were helpful, but every morning at 6:30am there was maintenance outside our room. When we asked them to wait until later or called the front desk about it, they said we had to contact the head office of Sheraton Hotels, And the water was lukewarm at best, even after attempts to fix it.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel for the marathon. Lots of conventioners. They checked out and checked in 600 people on Sunday without any hiccups! I would stay again. Great location to the Quarter/casino/convention center, etc.
