Torture in Paradise
The hotel was at an excellent location and perfect holiday cottage with beautiful ocean view. But the front-desk staff had a big attitude problem and they were outright rude. We have never been to any hotel were the receptionist showed such unprofessional behavior to all guests. Few tips for travelers to Bermuda: - No rental cars but dont worry, buses are very efficient - Get scooters for couple of days so that you can freely discover the island - Stay in Princess not Surf Side!!! - Get bus tokens in Bus terminal (15 tokens for $20) - Food is expensive, so get groceries in Food Market (not gas station) - Quick meal for microwave, shop at Marks & Spencers in Hamilton - Avoid middle of winter as it could get chilly 65F - 70F

Great view and eazy access to Hamilton
Average hotel that is a good bargin. The beach is all but gone and has been all year after storms of resent years. The view from the hotel is great and has eazy access to transant system and Hamilton as well as south shore beaches. The staff is friendly and the food is good. Not a bad place to stay for the $.

Secluded getaway
If you need to get away from it all than this is a great place to go off season. But if you are looking for night life wrong place to go. During our stay the beach was under water the restaurants stop serving dinner at 10pm and the latest bar stayed open til 3 am. The staff was pleasant and the room was outdated but clean and affordable.
