Good enough
Nice, clean, well-maintained condo. Very pleasant landscaping, nice pool and jacuzzi, just a short walk from the King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. Only disappointment was that the Waikoloa Beach Condos are larger and more luxurious and the Outrigger leaflet we picked up says they’re the same price; I’d recommend trying them first.

Loved the Outrigger Fairway Villas
We were in unit B33 (2 bedroom + loft villa) and it was absolutely stunning! The unit was very clean and had been renovated recently and we absolutely loved the place. It is within walking distance to the queens marketplace and kings shops, which have a variety of shops, restaurants, and the kings place even has a grocery store that has relatively decent prices (safeway is about 20 minutes south of the villas, past the airport). They provide plenty of towels and also have beach/pool towels that you can use. Also found a body (boogie) board in one of the closets that we were able to use at the beach by the Marriott (we drove over there, it is probably a good mile walk). Almost everything was provided in the kitchen in terms of utensils - cookware was a little bit old/used so we didn’t use one of the larger frying pans. There are no condiments in this unit - you will need to bring everything, including salt (try to find one of those travel condiment packs). Overall loved the place and would definitely stay again if we came back to the big island.

Impressed
My family and I loved the accomodations, everyone was comfortable and the condo was roomy. The kitchen had a lot of space, with ample amount of counter space. It was located near the Kings shopping area. The only downside was the pool, which was on the smaller side. We would definitely stay there again.
