Alba
This hotel was not what I expected. It seemed to me that most all the staff was not happy. I speak a little spanish, but almost no one at this hotel spoke english. I am ok with that, but if you have international travelers, someone should be able to communcate with the guests. The food was middle of the road. I was the only one in the dinning room the two time I ate there. I also had a OV room, that had a very limited view of the bay. This holel is ok if you want to save money, dont want a great view of the bay, and like to stay away from the the real beauty of the bay. I moved after the first night to a much better hotel with a great view of the bay. The staff were all very nice.(I had almost picked this one to start with) More expensive, but VERY MUCH worth it. I did recieve a full refund for the nights I did not stay at the Alba. Expedia was great working with me after I returned, getting me a full refund. Thanks to Alba and Expedia for that
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
I had no problems with any taxi I used or any of the beach vendors. But ALWAYS get the price before you buy.
